internal
consistence
measures
provided
excellent
evidence
of
high
reliability
and
item-total
correlation
.
Multivariate
analysis
of
covariance
and
sequential
regression
analyses
investigated
the
research
question
: To what
extent
and in what
manner
are the
dimensions
of
distributed
leadership
associated
with
school
performance
? The
multivariate
analysis
found
a
significant
difference
between
the
leadership
dimensions
in
high
and
low
performing
schools
.
It
identified
school
culture
as the
significant
variable
. The
regression
analysis
established
school
culture
;
mission
,
vision
, and
goal
;
shared
responsibility
; and
leadership
practices
as the
order
of
importance
of the
dimensions
in
predicting
school
performance
.
